Astra connects to Facebook Pages, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok and X through their official APIs, with WhatsApp Business and Messenger for conversations. Each business can connect several accounts per network. Connections use OAuth, with connection health monitoring and alerts when a token expires. A unified composer lets teams write a post once and adapt it for each network's character limits, hashtags, mentions and media formats, then publish to any combination of accounts in a single action.
What does Astra's AI do?
AI runs throughout Astra. It writes captions, suggests hashtags, adjusts tone, translates and generates images. Keys are encrypted at rest and never displayed again after saving, and they can be restricted to selected businesses.
